Don't think I've posted this here yet. I'm on a headhunting team of about 700+ filling 400 job vacancies per month. If you have urgent, or hard to fill positions with your business, I take ownership of that project, vet candidates, reference check them, and put their resumes on your desk. Headhunters typically cold call, pull talent from your competitors, and work aggressively, with one of the major benefits being your business stays confidential during that process so you don't look like you're trying to snipe anyone, or violate gentleman's agreements.
There is a finders fee based on the job's compensation. I don't have a lot of wiggle room with that, but I could probably get my boss to knock a few percentage points off for a WaGuns member
Plus you'd be supporting a fellow member (me), instead of one of these AI recruiting firms that are trying to take over.
